Training Loader
I love the "Training Load" feature of Apple Fitness, but it is dependent upon effort scoring, which I consistently forget to do. Especially when my workouts are flowing in from other fitness sources like Peloton, Oura, Slopes, Strava, etc.
So, I developed Training Loader to fill that gap...
After calibrating the model against recent workouts, Training Loader automatically sets the workout effort score for you, in the background, based on caloric burn and average heart rate. You can also quickly override the score for any workout Training Loader sets for you.
